I Was recommended this place for their delicious sandwiches and boy did it not disappoint I had the Italian it was enough for two meals. I’ll definitely be back if you’re in the area stop through and enjoy a sandwich.
The Reuben’s at this deli are HUGE! This is definitely in my top three Reuben’s out of the hundreds that I’ve ever eaten. Definitely get your moneys worth. I just wish that they were on their regular menu. I’ll definitely be back anytime it’s on the menu.
People up front were very friendly and helpful. The sandwich I got which I think was a special for the week it was called the high school I believe was soooo delicious and huge!!!! Definitely get the bang for your buck!
Easily a 5 Star ✨✨✨✨✨ review. I just ordered a #9 and the size of this sandwich is Giganormous! Nobody makes sandwiches this size, this place does! Quality you ask? They use Boar's Head meat's and it's all fresh. And to think I was hungry before, this sandwich is easily lunch and dinner tonight. I didn't remember the price I paid but whatever it was it's worth it based on quantity, quality and taste.
Hands down, the best sandwich/ (and much more) deli shop one could ask for! Their weekly hot & cold sandwich features, vegetarian special & salads are always out of this world. The mother & daughter duo behind it all are clearly very passionate about what they do. You can tell everything is prepared fresh and with love. They also have an array of baked goods & breads from all of the best bakeries around. And their coolers are always filled with ready to go goodies, local dairy & eggs, and more. They also have some of their own baked goods, and, they do their own honey-baked ham that's out of this world. I am so thankful to have this family-owned business so close by!!! The staff is always incredibly helpful and happy to help. :)
I left a poor review in the past. Honestly I forgot I had been here..I went Saturday as they were finishing up..Ordered a #9.. I was honestly a little surprised at the price but the kid behind the counter told me its worth it..This was easily the best sandwich I've had in the Pittsburgh area ...Not even close..the whole sandwich will easily feed 3 or 4 people..Outstanding service! Outstanding sandwich! THEY ARE HUGE!!!!
I live northeast of Pittsburgh and explore South Hills once a year. My first stop here and I got one of the weekly specials, an Italian with salami, ham, pepperoni, pesto and other fixings. I've heard they pile the sandwiches high here and, wow! They do not skimp! Plenty of meat, cheese, shredded lettuce and the Breadwork bun! I was only able to eat half then and half the next day. Amazing sandwich. Nice little deli that offers pastries and other to go items. No seating inside or outside either. I ate my sandwich in my car in their parking lot. Worth the trip!
The most AMAZING sandwiches!! Stopped in on a busy Saturday (before Easter) and were met with kind and efficient service. They were bustling and had everything totally under control. We will absolutely be back!

Somebody had mentioned how good Family Deli is on the Bethel Park Complains facebooks group, we’ve lived in the area for a few years so I decided to stop by. Everything was delicious and the staff was very helpful. I panicked because I had my 3 small children with me who were driving me nuts so I ordered the first thing I saw on the menu. IT WAS AMAZING. will be back for sure!
